Yes, I represent federal employees located outside of Georgia in matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) because the EEOC and MSPB permit attorneys licensed in any United States jurisdiction to appear before them in any location. Also, almost all proceedings before the EEOC and MSPB are now conducted via telephone or videoconferencing.
