FAQs

Do you offer contingency fee arrangements?
Yes, for appropriate cases, contingency fee arrangements are offered.
How do you charge for your services?
How we charge for our services depends on the matter. For some matters, contingency fee arrangements are offered. In other matters, a contingency fee arrangement cannot be offered, and we charge an hourly rate with a retainer. However, we will always consider alternative billing arrangements, and if we believe you have a claim for which we could provide representation, we will try our best to find a viable payment arrangement that works for you.
Do you offer contingency fee arrangements in federal employee matters?
Yes, some federal employee matters are appropriate for a contingency fee arrangement, and in those matters, we offer contingency fee arrangements.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes, but first we must perform a free case evaluation. If, after performing a free case evaluation, we believe that we could provide representation for your matter, we will schedule a free consultation with you.
Do you represent federal employees located outside of Georgia?

Yes, we represent federal employees located outside of Georgia in matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) because the EEOC and MSPB permit attorneys licensed in any United States jurisdiction to appear before them in any location. Also, almost all proceedings before the EEOC and MSPB are now conducted via telephone or videoconferencing.

For matters not involving employees of the federal government, our services are limited to those who are employed within Georgia.
